I would definitely recommend it. I used to think I'm better than this and that I'm strong enough to beat the addition without it but I wish I had installed them sooner. There is a popular post in recovery forum. It has a good solutions. Good luck!
I use blocker x on smartphone and forticlient on computer.

listen. Think of the blocker as a tool. it is good for preventing unconscious typing of adult sites, and stopping unconscious relapses. the rest have to do with willpower, the self talk, and other ways you handle cravings.

This is using a family safe domain name server. Will divert everything explicit. Great for you if you have kids top. A lot of roytrrs you can out this in for the whole house. If your router is not capable you can change it on each device too.

 

Blockers are a great tool, but most blockers on the market suck ass on their own; they either over-/underblock or are super easy to bypass. Obviously, that doesn't help at all. If you want to take blockers serious, you gotta combine multiple different things for ideal performance. There are multiple different ways to do this and there are multiple guides on the forum. I'll link the best two in my opinion (one of which is written by myself; I'm gonna post that here shamelessly).
