unintentional relapse ?

    so i was looking at p thinking i could handle which i did handle i exited it after 10 minutes but after i i exited i noticed that some thing “leaked” very small amount. does that count as relapse, i know i looked at p when i’m not
    supposed to and i’m trying to work on that, what do y’all think ?

    The moment you watch P it is pretty much a relapse. Don't check yourself to see if you can "handle it", been there and from my experience I know it will just cause to you to PMO eventually. Instead of seeing if you can "handle it", I think it would be much better to say to yourself that you are above it and don't need it while moving on to something else.

    Your body knows, and you know what the definition of a relapse is. The more we fall pridefully, the more we'll lie to ourselves. So fall and lose the attitude instead and get right back up to seek truth.
