    Hi everyone. I am hailing from southern part of india, a medical graduate by profession, waiting to prepare for the biggest exam in my life, neetpg and inicet.So I decided to give nofap challenge as long study hours and times shut at home made me an addict to porn as i assume. So would like to change myself for the positive.

    I suggest starting a journal Ages 25-29 I believe that to be helpful as it makes you feel more accountable and you can also share your victories/mistakes and help/inspire other fapstronauts!
    I also suggest reading nofap's pdf if you haven't already https://www.nofap.com/wp-content/up...86ff8546d4e7ef651f238aa2edbb9c8b7cff03e0b16a0 at least the sections you can benefit from, as it goes over the pmo addiction in further details and Why the brain was addicted in the first place, so I believe that's helpful as well!
