need help. cant stop

    Hi, i'm new. I successfully stopped watching porn since January, but i can't stop marsturbating. I need to masturbate at least once per day, otherwise I get very aroused all the time. When i get aroused i can't study neither sleep. I became christian about a year ago and I must remove this thoughts from my mind. I tried excercise, cold showers, ice, uninstalling social media, but the stimulus just comes from inside my mind.

    I would try leaving your house, as in go for a walk around your neighborhood or browse around any type of shop because the chances you are able to MO in public is very, very low
    Agree with being alone
    The equivalent of telling an alcoholic "drinking is bad for you, drink actual water instead"
