Hey, just a quick question: do you suffer from feeling exhausted during flatline? I tend to get super exhausted and feel muscle tiredness after few weeks. Just wondering if it has to do with nofap or do I just train and do more once I start a streak since it is easier to stay clean when busy doing stuff. All the best!
Yup during flatline u are really exhausted we’ll almost thru the whole recovery u are exhausted, penis shriveled up is A flatline symptom too muscle aches etc
mm.. i have also had a burnout so i am wondering if that is still going on or is it a symptom of flatline. looking back on my streaks before i tend to talk a lot about just feeling tired and exhausted. like all the time or ? i tend to have days that are okay and good, even though i am tired
Mostly all the time there are days when you feel ok n good then there days when I’m jus exhausted but tiredness exhaustion does come with it other ppl experience same too
