I relapsed after 68 days in Diwali

    In India, it is time of festivals. I relapsed as I saw beautiful ladies and my urge increases ( also there is increase in my social media usage).

    That sucks, but do not be fooled into thinking one relapse will erase your progress. If you workout for a year and skip 2 weeks, do you think you will lose 1 years worth of progress? Of course not! Sure you’ll be a little sore after the 2 weeks but you won’t lose anything, so hit the gym again!
