Help! Unexpected Ejaculation!

    Hey guys. So, I'm currently about two weeks in with nofap. Yesterday morning I woke up thinking of very vivid sexual images. I ended up ejaculating a ton WITHOUT TOUCHING MY D***, and I'm wondering if events like this will set me back in my rebooting? Also, I have become over sensitive to stimulation, ejaculating when a girl touches my p****. Any help/insight would be greatly appreciated

    How can I withhold from these rapid ejaculations?

    Are you sure you had a full ejaculation or could it have been a bunch of clear pre-cum leakage from the bulbourethral / cowper's gland?
    What color was the fluid?

    Change imaging women as sex objects if you do.
    Do some exercise, when excited.

    @Matthew Joseph, don't worry. It's not a relapse and it's perfectly normal. It's your body re-adjusting itself, and coping with the natural need of a release.
