decided to try again after 2 years of pmo

since my last war..which had it's victories and defeats I surrendered and let go for two whole years.
then 4 months ago I ended my draining toxic relationship, moved out of the city then i decided to go for therapy which helped ALOT and fixed my teeth and hair (treated balding)
now finally i am facing my two addictions (pmo and smoking)
but i am taking it slow because i learned my lesson this time
in my former journey NoFap has treated PIED, treated many fetishes which I thought was my own but turned out to only be porn-induced, now I am more aware of the monster and how harmful it can be,
I am starting slow, 1 month porn free, then one month masterbation free, then one month monk mode
the duration of each period might vary but that's the general outline
I am glad to be part of this community again with the right tools and with more wisdom, I am honoured to fight with all of you in a shield wall against this unspeakable evil.

looking for accountability partner or accountability group, I am ready now
