    Hey warriors,
Staying without any type of M for all these days has not been easy. It seems that you become a target for all sorts of tempatation, you become more sensitive to sensuality. But, not only sexual triggers can put you in danger. Life goes on with all it's problems, your parents will continue to fight in the same way, the pressure from uni will be the same, your frustrations will still be there, the world will not get smoother on you because you are on a moment of sacrifice and rehabilitation.
I guess it comes down to that it is not only about dealing with an urge for a high from an orgasm, it comes down to becoming resilient to the inevitable suffer in life. There is no more disguising it, covering it, crying on it. Nothing but accpeting it, and being smart enough to overcome it.
No surrending, no justifying, no promises, just a goal to reach, and nothing to expect from getting it. Nothing but being a man and getting this challenge done.

    Hey man! How are you?

Yes, I do agree! And not only that, today when I woke up I was thinking about NoFap, why did I start with this? How much will I be without fapping? and so on. Then, I got realized that the addiction to PMO will be there for a long time. I've been 10 years PMOing, this was the cause of why I failed in my relationships, why some girls saw as her "gigolo", because in the end I saw them as objects as I did with myself. Hence, the thing is not to be 90 days, 120 days without fapping. It's a good tool to lie to your mind that this will not be forever when actually it is. But this is a daily fight. I'll be addicted to PMO and sex may be 10 years more, so despite if friends, parents, bros, sisters, whoever that is around you say that itn is a stupidity, the real thing is that you know that no fapping is the correct path.
