Effectively I've been addicted to porn for a very long time. It has affected my view on women, and has caused me to do several sexual behaviours I regret. I truely am struggling with not watching any porn, and I seem to relapse after a couple of days every time. I need help guys. I will be updating this journal on a daily basis and hopefully with all of your support I can improve my life and move away from porn addiction. Any comments/guidance is so welcomed!
