1. I have been doing fairly well as of 2023, and have been practicing abstinence, and retention.

I went 24 days without O, which is the longest I have ever went. But ever since then, the streaks have been getting shorter and shorter, 15 days, then 12, then 7, then 8.

But the really bad part is that the porn is starting to grab me again.

It started with instagram. I would look at an influencer’s page, then again, then again, but wouldn’t O, I would just retain (edge).

Then I heard a particular sound clip on a video that triggered me really hard and so then, I official “peeked” at a porn site.

Since then, I have been watching porn regularly again (without O). I have had O once since then and it was s*x with my gf of 3 years.

I literally just got off of scrolling through porn sites (No O), and regret it. I’m not positive as to why I’m letting things slip away again so repeatedly after doing so good for so long. It’s as if I can’t control myself.

I need a porn blocker for iOs, and also I am in need of council. I want to get back to winning ways.

Stop watching corn COMPLETELY. you're an addict, you can't have any. You have to have ZERO corn. There is no such thing as a healthy amount for you, your toxic brain can't handle even a sprinkle. No edging either. Stop making excuses or you'll be going around in circles forever

Boromir, you need to follow Aragorn’s example:
    1) Chastity. Aragorn devoted himself to one woman, his true love. During his long years in the wilderness he stayed true to her. Here we can see transmutation of sexual energy in action.
    2) Presence. If Aragorn’s attention was straying off into fantasy land he would never have been able to complete his tasks. He would have been captured or killed.
    3) Compassion. Aragorn gave so much of himself in order to help others who were suffering.
    4) Non-identification with the seven deadly sins - especially pride, Boromir!
