New to the site. Words don't describe how helpful this site has been. Some of the stories I've read have been extremely motivating and encouraging. I've been addicted to porn for years....I'm also happily married with an EXTREMELY patient, understanding, and encouraging wife. Lately I've been copying and pasting short encouraging thoughts/quotes I've read from this site and put them into the subject of an email and sent it to myself. I don't open the email so it stays visible to my eyes. It helps me a lot. I'm on day 33 of no P&M, keeping my guard up and not naïve to how hard it's going to be.
I've also been Pm free for around the same amount of time. Also have a wife just like yours. I still get some urges

I presume you are already feeling some benefits of going w/o PMO and getting mentally clearer and stronger. Glad you have a supportive wife in the process. I've tried everything, even counseling, there is something about this site that is different and encouraging. Feeling strong and motivated right now. Hope you are too, stay strong.
