Im into day 46 of NoFap, I am getting morning wood and last night I had few erection just by thinking about women, and the erection were strong and normal. But just after erection went down, I felt alot of pain and burning in my penis which i never experienced , I told my friend who is also a fapstonaut, He said - it might be your nerves healing or your blocked arteries opening up due to erection. Anyways, I took antibiotic just to rule out any Urinary tract infection but i dont think its an Uti, What do u think?
It might be because of healing, i dont know . I would say let it heal, it will get better or if it doesnt get better, go and see a urologist.
It may be to over do the clenching of the PC muscle. When you have erections that last long you tend to clinch And If you overwork that muscle it could causes stress on it give it a few days and if it doesn't go away see your doctor. Oh and drink lots of water
Google says , when a nerve is number, damaged etc and then burning, tingling, spasm happen, its usually a classic sign of recovery. I also used "deathgrip" on my penis, and now i also get tingling sensations, sometimes burning or sometimes pain, but it goes away few minutes later, i guesss its all a healing process of penile nerves and arteries and veins.
