I completetly lost my will to flirt

    Hey guys

    I am on Day 229 without Porn my journey was difficult to this day. But I managed to cure a little bit of my social phobia and just went out their to meet new people and gone on dates. Problem is when I am at dates I can no longer or I don't want to flirt with my date. No matter how attractive she is. But before my porn addiction and when I occasionally watched porn I was very bold when I went to a date with a women which also lead to much more intimacy it felt natural, I remember where I flirted wildly with a Co-Worker once, but now this self of me is completely gone.

    I believe this is now the hardest of the journey the Flat Line Phase. I want my flirtatious self back is there a trick or a way to become more flirty. Should I stop NoFap If I have no urge of Sex and actually think about it to get in the mood. (I don't mean PMO) Just thinking.

    The 2nd thing is I also find myself real unattractive at NoFap thats because I have Schizophrenia and my body produces too much Dopamine, NoFap also produces more Dopamine which leads to a Dopamine Overdose. (In my theory) (I'm not a doctor) So apparently the Pills work wonder when I am at my normal level of Dopamine but when I have an Overdose its always it seems like I see the world as too much, the same as before when I didn't took the pills, but without the positive-negative symptoms. Is here someone who has Schizophrenia and can talk about their experience with NoFap I really don't know if it's good or bad for me. Because It could also be that I just need to decrease dopamine to be on a normal level, like a normal person is. I did only see my self most attractive when I did not sleep, which was odd but it is what it is.

    The fact that you entered flatline, means porn has done damage to your brain. It comes and goes by itself, you don't have to do anything (in fact, best not to do anything to test). Think of it as a period or periods of your brain trying to fix itself. An analogy I like to use is it's like fix a damaged car. During that time of fixing (flatline) it won't run, but after each part is fixed, it runs better than last time. But if you watch porn again, you're damaging it again, then you will have to fix all parts all over again.
