    Been getting strong urges the last two days. But I'm still hanging in there. I am determined to see this challenge through

    The urges are getting stronger. Social media is the main trigger. I browsed over an Onlyfans profile on twitter for a few seconds then immediately closed it. Is this a relapse? I keep deleting my social media apps and downloading them every now and then. Should I consider deactivating them for good?

    Hello. I think you should deactivate them for the duration of abstinence at least.
     
  11. I consider intentional peeks to be a relapse. Restart the counter. You're better than that.

    I definitely relapsed. Didn't last the night. Ended up PMO-ing. I deactivated my twitter account. So here's to a fresh start.
