I feel tired

Hi guys,

I'm doing NoFap on and off (usually last for a month before i relapse) and my longest streak was 3 months.

During that 3 months back then i had tons of energy

Now I have a problem. I keep having chronic fatigue every time and i'm wondering what do you guys do to combat this.

At the moment i have not relapse and i tend to exercise most of the time and drink alot of plain water but i still feel the same.

 

Should be around 2 weeks now
