I could stop ✋️ it for 5 months at last and here is what I learned . 1- It happened gradually and it had to be so . When a week passed without it ,I couldn't believe it . 2- Everytime I fell ,I didn't start counting from the beginning. Just lost 1 battle but not the war . 3- I filled my free time with rewarding activities ,AS POSSIBLE, like reading , bettering my job tasks , watching my favorite shows and cooking which helped raising my dopamine 4- writing motivational verses with the date and hanging them on the wall in front of me was really helpful . Don't care how many times you'll need to change them . 5- This is one of people's sins and we're not supposed to be angels from a true religious perspective, so take it easy upon yourself and only focus on what good deeds you'll do which will demolish the sins .
Congrats. I do have a question. What will happen when you get bored in the future or are dopamine deprived
I will rush to an activity or find myself a task . I'll fight as I can and if I fall , I'll simply stand again to renew the commitment ✨️
Hello, I want to ask a question, I fell down again now, I am very confused now because I have been in contact with rebooting for three years, and every time I relapse within two or three days。What should I do now, or how to act. Every time I think I should get up and go for a walk or read a book to study or take a cold shower, so that I should stay away from pornography, but I don’t know when I play with my brain, those pictures will always appear and make me miserable

Better yet what happens when you fall down ? I guess for me will I be able to quit again? Do I want to feel that yuck again, do I want to sit in front of a browser hypnotized! To me it's too risky of a proposition,
Look . You need to cleanse your devices and everything around you from pornography even if you will have to use one of those apps ,however cleansing your brain and memory will take time . Don't ever lose hope .Just add one day to the challenge everytime and get involved in a sport or gym to balance your energy . Your brain slowly develops new clean nerve connections while delaying the old stained ones .
I didn't realize until recently that gaining confidence and high achievement after the fall is very important and really helps . The worst effect I've always suffered from for years was the negative feelings ,the disgust , shame,failure, and lack of confidence .

How hard is it to be on a diet while you are working in a restaurant and smells are all over the place? We need to just simply kick the thoughts away. Personally, I have a few turns offs like bad smells foe examples, so I take something that as a smell I ate and I sniff it, this brings my brain away from dangerous cravings!
Brother first off all, you're determination must be very very strong. And you should be honest with yourself. Sometime it take times to recover. But you already winning the battle from the first day when you started the NoFap. So, whenever you relapse , make strong determination that you'll not do it again, and be honest. Every time try new techniques. Brother first of all you have to very very determined to stop this addiction. And you have to honest with yourself. Sometime it takes time. But you have to try doing your best to avoid PMO every time. Remember you are winning from the first day when you started NoFap journey. And you will lose whenever you think that it is not possible by you. So keep trying. Try to adapt new methods. Here are my some advice, which may help. 1. Decrease your screen time. 2. Remove all social media from your phone. 3. Lower your gaze whenever you interact with women. 4. Try to avoid thinking bad things. 5. Remember urges are for short time. Tell yourself it's temporary whenever urges hit's you. And first couple of days will be hard. So, you have to more determined in first days. And also remember this hard feeling will be gone very quickly everything gonna be easy. 6. List the bad effects of fapping and list the benifits of no fapping. 7. Always renew your motivation. 8. Never stop trying. All the best.

Yes, inner balance and peace. Pornography is like drugs. It made us super excited for a very short time, but so miserable on the long run.
Causes drainage of life force. The bad people give us free pornography. The good people gives us education and help. We should follow the good people.
