    we hold on to it... if a person is unable to attain the desire of his/her heart for sexuality with another person... then logically, the next move would be to quit the desire and do something else instead... but we cling to the desire that doesn't come, and in the meantime, we hurt our body and mind through PMO/MO. Seems like a bad situation overall
