How long until brain shrinkage is healed?

    So porn is linked to brain shrinkage/ less grey matter, how long until it is back fully healed and normal again?

    I would say a full reboot should correct the issue, this also varies depending on the level and years of addiction.

    Realistically, I would say it could take up to a year for full body recovery.

    About 15 year addiction from aged 13, not good, been trying to give up for 5+ years, best streak is 2 weeks, feel like a part of my soul and libido is stolen every time, anyway, I’m guessing using the brain to learn new things like a new language might help there
