I have been in god awful form on nofap for the past 6 weeks, but I am starting to improve and get better. I have had multiple long streaks and always get more positive vibes from the girls.

Anyway, the other day I was in the supermarket and getting served by this girl who is fairly attractive. I've never felt so awkward in my life. My voice is weak, I look unhealthy despite taking care of myself, and I have zero ability to make eye contact whatsoever with this girl. I can't stand in the queue and wait to get served without fidgeting. Granted I am a million miles away from SR and have been fapping every day near enough.

Whenever I have a streak on the go and I am staying away from PMO, this never happens. In fact much the opposite, my vibe completely changes, I am way more confident, deeper voice, look better, feel better, etc. So when people say that nofap has nothing to do with attraction, it's just plain ignorant really.

I'll tell you my experience. I am just under about 2/3rds of the way there I reckon, and every week that has gone by I have noticed ever more female attraction the further I have got. Mainly girls checking me out, some on the sly, some overtly locking eyes with me.

I can tell you the number one reason why this is because I look a lot better and healthier. My eyes are a deeper blue, it's very noticeable. My skin looks darker and way more healthier. Also, my hair is thicker and my facial hair is filling in more, again very noticeable. I know this isn't in my head because when my sister last saw me she thought I was wearing makeup or something because I looked so well. I have had people say that I look so tanned, when I haven't even been getting much sunshine.

These changes are down to an increase in fertility, I have been keeping fapping to a minimum and my sperm cells have been building up, and mother nature wants me to get girls now.

I feel a lot more motivated to talk to girls, there is still a blockage keeping me from talking to strangers, my sex drive is all over the place, one day I really want it, the next day I have zero interest. My sleep is also completely fucked and is really impacting my quality of life. Once I fix that though and get to the end of this retention cycle I think it will be incredibly easy for me to get girls.

 

Every 5-10 days after relapse, my co-worker and especially my female co-worker treat me like shit. They refuse to greeting back, reacts aggressive when i ask something or start to talk...
But after some time in a streak magic happens.
They smile at me, start conversation, laughing about my jokes. I can be passive and its like magnetic.
But it also has disadvantages. I'm not used to this amount of attention and feel overwhelmed. Furthermore, you attract attention from women you don't want and unintentionally hurt their feelings.

This is a problem with men as a whole: we are inherently behaviourally deterministic, which means that we often miss the forest for the trees.

Guys who "retain their semen" are guys who aren't furiously masturbating everyday like PMO users. That usually means he doesn't watch adult content, and most likely has no need for it. That's because he has natural access to relationships, so he doesn't use PMO as a coping mechanism.

I agree with this. The confidence that you may get from retention is only one of the many variables that are apart of the game of attraction. If you like a girl, go talk to her when it is appropriate, don't depend on your streak to do that.

 

My opinion is that it is better to be on a semen retention streak when talking to girls than to not be on one.

However, I think a man who does PMO multiple times a week is too much, and that yes, a girl will not be attracted to him. This is my experience, I have been fapping once every 1-2 weeks over the past 2 -3 months and I have noticed the attraction building every week, until recently where my sleep quality has dropped off a cliff and I have been looking and feeling shitty, and the signals from girls have dropped off massively.
