    Let's not overstate the case.

Lots of people function and achieve, while doing any manner of things that aren't healthy. People rise to the top of their profession while smoking, not exercising, eating badly, drinking too much...so I'm sure lots of people succeed while fapping away to porn, too!

That doesn't mean these things are either "good for you" or "do us no harm."

There seem to be a lot of rich cuckolds lately, especially on Wall Street. You'd think a millionaire would expect more from the woman in his life.

    Hi marknate,

You recognized that fapping and porn influences your life and you don't like that specific influence. Have esteem that there are things that you will know better then other people in some cases, even if its a doctor you are talking to.

He may be right from a physiological point of view, masturbation is possibly good for some aspects of the body. But you found out what downsides it has, for you and many other people. There were problems in your life that you found out were related to fapping. Like when humanity discovered a connection between cancer and asbestos, the material itself is a great isolate, light, cheap and of universal use. But if one takes three steps backwards and see the whole case, he wouldn't use it to often.

Not everyone here agrees with the pseudo-mystical physiology* that many talk about; we try to correct it when we can.

    * Edit: or should that be, "mystical pseudo-physiology"?
