I am, successful third day for me...

 

That’s exactly what I did yesterday. I was so close to giving in to things yesterday, but stuck to it. Today is a new day - day 4!

My boyfriend is doing this as he already did October with no P or M and he is now over 90 days.

Triggers are beginning to appear. Luckily it is No nut November and no no nut August. For me girls wearing shorts is a big trigger. On November they are almost covered, it makes the journey a lot easier.

Don't stand in front of the urge. Move! Go for a walk, call someone by phone, watch a movie, etc. It is a bit late but for the next time, save it.

 

One week clean! This weekend was a wonderful time spent with family and friends. Life can be sweet if we just get out of the way!
