    Okay yesterday on day 2 i was going to give in... but i didn't

    Today at work i got at least 3 women notice me.

    On my previous 37 day streak, some of you may remember, i was having panic-fap-attack on day 13/14 and didn't relapse. On day many women checked me out... 30/40 if i remember correctly

    Why is this? I know it's good and motivational but am wondering whether there is any science or logic in this .

    And by the way I didn't do my beard or hair and looked trampy today...so it can't have been because of my scruffy appearence

    My main belief is when your In a streak, your testosterone is up, Your libido is higher and you are more sensitive to Dopamine.

    You are just more sensitive to your surroundings and Maybe you are walking around with a bit more swagger for the ladies to notice.

    Do you mean awareness by sensitive?

    I am aware of my surroundings but believe me when am a fapper no one dare looks at me. ...but when i don't fap there can be a queue of women wanting to look at me haha

    I've been on a high all day today. Felt really good, swaggered through the supermarket lol, strode with confidence at work. Smiled at loads of birds today.

    Better than slumped up feeling sorry for yourself after a bingeing session. Embrace it :D

    Yes your senses are more alert to the women around you

    As great as women are id doubt they can tell if you had shot your load the night before, Its not them thats changed, rather you.

    Achieving a goal boost your confidence, and I think that shows in little things in your behavior that women may notice and feel attracted to.

    Don't think anyone would ever think a woman could determine if a man shot his load without a close up inspection... what i was referring to is the aura, eyes, body language and features... you should hold your gun firmly as you quite oftenly shoot in the wrong direction my man lol

    When we pmo though we normally feel like shit, have low self esteem and generally avoid people, thus are unattractive to others, so in a sense, if others knew about the negatives associated with pmo they could tell, or at least assume, that that person may have just done that. It may be a stretch, but after seeing and feeling the negatives first hand it's fairly obvious to me that when I see guys confidently talking to girls I know they don't pmo on a regular basis or at all.

    Had a lovely day today even though the morning was shit as i had about 5-6 hour sleep.


    However 12 women noticed me...i got their attention and 8/9 of them were attractive.


    The benefits come soon after not giving to an urge :)
