So what's your motivation for doing NoFap? I find it really helps to have that clear in your mind when the urges come
My motivation is that I have always found it far easier to O when I M, always very difficult through actual sex. I'm in a new relationship and I want to have better sex, self esteem, etc.
I should also say that while I no longer wish to use pornography or to masturbate, I would still like to O with my partner. In fact that is my main goal, to have much better sex.
