Year Eight: The Tradition (Heir To The Throne)

DAY SEVENTEEN:
Yesterday was similar, but I did stumble a bit challenge wise. I had a good day with the girl again which made things feel “complete” which is always good, 12-5.

 

DAY EIGHTEEN:
So the “day of fate” as both of the last two years had it didn’t totally pan out as such, it was actually rather underwhelming compared to all of the days around it, but the symbolism is still there. Unfortunately with downtime meant failure, but with school being so busy this week, hopefully that can change in due time, 12-6.

 

DAY NINETEEN:
Late post again but I had shit with finals and work all day yesterday which kept the urges mostly at bay, 13-6.

 

DAY TWENTY:
Late post but yesterday we had no school, I did work, and I went to a party, still failed though, so 13-7.

 

DAY TWENTY-ONE:
Promise I’ll get better at being prompt but it was an eh day, finals and stuff with the girl but I made it, 14-7.

 

DAY TWENTY-TWO:
So things with formal girl could be going better. To the point where I’m really exploring my options again instead of solely setting my sites on her. It’s actually quite disappointing but I’ve already begun to work through it a bit for when what I think will happen happens. I also failed again which sucks, but now that school is about to finish up I’ll be a lot less stressed, 14-8.

 

DAY TWENTY-THREE:
So we had a rebound with formal girl today which was good but there’s still some eh shit and not a lot to do school wise. I had one class where we presented our video presentation and two hours of work so it was chill. I fought off a massive urge last night and I’m still winning now. I’m at a party so I’m gonna make it, trying to rizz up a girl lol wish me luck, 15-8.

 

DAY TWENTY-FOUR:
I kept winning today, fought off a big urge to fight on for another day, but things with formal girl have unrebounded I guess, and I’m back to where I was on Thursday emotionally in regards to that. It’s alright though, because I got my friends, and I’ll start break with a few of my girl friends in Vermont tomorrow who will definitely help me get a good perspective on it all, 16-8.

 

DAY TWENTY-FIVE:
So today I went to Vermont with my friends, and we spilled some tea that has me rethinking the whole “happy ending” of the year. I think I’ll be fine but we’ll see how 2024 goes, 17-8.

 

DAY TWENTY-SIX:
Well I’m still with my friends and it was an easier day for me. I made it through unscathed and the streak is on. I’m “meeting up with someone” on Wednesday so it looks like I will get to exploit that little loophole again which is nice, 18-8.

 

DAY TWENTY-SEVEN:
I made it through unscathed today and am gonna have a fun day tomorrow with a New Hampshire date, which is good, 19-8.

 

DAY TWENTY-EIGHT:
Well I had sex again today, it was good but I know it’s just a fling, can’t complain. I did get a ticket driving which sucked but aside from that it was all good, 20-8.

 

DAY TWENTY-NINE:
Today not much happened but I did get a haircut and had some of my high school friends over. Due to the downtime I had a bit of a slip up, but hopefully that’ll be it for this year, 20-9.

 

DAY THIRTY:
Late post but I slipped up again yesterday which sucked but it was a mostly chill day, 20-10.

 

DAY THIRTY-ONE:
Late post but I made it through yesterday unscathed easily, 21-10.

 

DAY THIRTY-TWO:
Very late post but Christmas Eve was good in general, I’m very bored but it’s not stopping me. And oh by the way it’s over with formal girl but that’s not really surprising now is it, 22-10.

 

DAY THIRTY-THREE:
Merry Christmas everyone. It was a good Christmas for me, and I made it through easily. This year’s challenge kinda felt like it lasted forever but also flew by, because I never got into the zone due to the different circumstances around it, but I think a lot of good came out of it, so yeah, I’ll be back on November 28, 2024 for my ninth year of this challenge. I finish 23-10.
