Quick question - Can you not PMO for just one day? If yes, try this - One day at a time. The meaning is to look at only today, commit to this day that you won't M or watch P. It's very effective for building a longer period of time. We can all control ourselves from not doing something just for today.
One of my motivations for not looking at porn is that once I have a relapse the relapse becomes a binge and I'll relapse many times again before I get back on track. I have many reasons not to relapse, but the binging is the main motivation to keep me from relapsing. I can't afford to waste anymore time looking at porn.

If you can't stop for one-day than seek help from SA.org. This Nofap site may not be enough for you.

    Good luck.

    Hang in there brother!

Keep this in mind: If you were to relapse every other day, you would be fapping 50% less!! Not bad. You will be successful if you don't give up! Lifelong journey brother. Learn from the relapse and it will not be failure.

The fact that your actions are no longer automatic will ultimately give you the chance to stop PMOing for good. You are way ahead of the the game. Don't get frustrated! It is not helpful. Rather journal around the event. Why did it happen? What were you doing minutes before? hours before? days before? How was your diet? Were you exercising? Were you engaged in doing things you enjoy? etc. Dig deep with each relapse. It is an incredible opportunity to learn about yourself and ultimately grow stronger and become the warrior you intend to be. Head up! Stay strong.

You have to read this post full of golden advice to help you on your journey.

The most essential thing to do is learn your triggers. For me, the biggest trigger was boredom, yes boredom and not accidental raunchy pics. Once you learn what all triggers you and to what extent, then avoid them as much as possible. Whenever you feel the urge to PMO, distract your mind with another activity not related to PMO that you love to do.
Also keep a reasonable target at first and then increase your target when you feel comfortable in the previous reset level. For example, just keep a target of 7 days initially and complete that challenge as many times till you feel confident that 7 days is nothing for you.
