I've stopped watching porn and masturbating for more than a week now. However, on the 5th day, I had a wet dream. Should I consider it as a relapse?

  2. No. You can't control what your brain does when you're asleep. Not your fault. Hope it doesn't break your stride. You've made a great start. Keep going! :)

Nope. I don't consider wet dreams as relapse.

No they are good as it is a sign of your brain re-wiring.

    What I'd define a relapse as -

You have the urge to go and watch porn and you search for it. It's the whole process again of turning yourself on with porno.

    and/or

You see an image that turns you on, and you end up fapping.

Having those initial sexual feelings is not relapsing, same as having wet dreams aren't. Only reinforcing those behaviours like PMO are what I'd call a relapse.
