Hi all, Just a short one, not sure if for advice or support or just to get it off my chest. I'm 10 days no PM and had my first wet dream of this journey last night. As usual I was annoyed because I had to change the bed but today I've just had more urges that usual to want to go M. Is this a normal response to a wet dream do you think?
Wet dream or not. It is a normal response when you’re on NoFap and especially when you’re already gone 10 days without PMO. Just stick with it. You’re going good. It will pass. Take a cold shower or just distract yourself with anything. Go for a run. Hit the gym. Whatever ever suits you ,whenever you feel the urge to P or MO. All the best on your journey !!
Yea this happen to me every time I had A wet dream urges would be strong and last the whole day until I do some I’m. Not pose to do

Let it go, don't entertain fantasy, pray, don't give it attention, consciously refuse the memory, surrender the lust to God. We are helpless without God 149 days no PMO for me. Three wet dream episodes during the first 149 days Happy to say that after the first two months I have not struggled with Lust, fantasy or euphoric recall I am powerless without God
I get the opposite effect. Days after a wet dream tends to be calm, even morning wood tends to disappear for some days.
last update of the night: played a bit of the DLC, urges didnt get the better of me today. i can go to bed quite pleased with myself. thanks for your advice everyone, it really means alot <3
