Take a break from what?

 

What exactly are you talking about?

 

Rest is fundamental to motion. I find the more I have Faith in that logic, the more opportune breaks I take, and thus the less time I spend resting. Cuz the energy I wasted fighting my own biology, and it's need for spans of shut-down and recovery, I'm able to use to keeper movin' on a daily basis, til I get home and hit that sweet, sweet pillow (which is always better when you've really rung your spirit dry of energy- which I would say is most often only possible after proper rest!).

 

You need to take a break, u just can't push all the time. There must be a balance between the two of that.

 

The thing is he hasn't explained what he wants to take a break from. What if he's talking about taking a break from NoFap and wanting to look at porn?

 

Keep moving forward even at a reduced speed. You'll thank yourself down the line.

 

If it’s quitting porn, you can’t afford to take a break. We can talk about what you can do instead. Otherwise, it really depends on what you’re taking a break from and what you’re doing as a break, and for how long. You have to be specific.
