yes you can, I think! I do that!

 

Exactly. Auto suggestion is hypnosis. You direct you self to do things. The trick of this is that by repeating the same phrase you get used to it and your brain thinks that it has already happened. It's the same like driving. After a few lessons you don't invest the same conscious effort to handle the car.

It is more effective if you use your sentences in the past tense. For example.... My body has already relaxed!! Your mind will make it happen in the end.
