    i started viewing porn when i was 13. I apparently wasted the five long years of my life. Still my academics are good. i just regret thinking that i wasted my powerful brain on baseless things:(. my father died 13 years ago. i stay with my mom. i feel pity on her as she works very hard. i afraid i cannot live up to her expectations. I have big ambitions. I want to shine in life. but i feel helpless as i am very addicted to internet porn which eventually ends up with masturbation. i tried may times to stop but face failures. But then i discovered this nofap forum and decided to start my nofap journey again. This time i am damn serious. Today i am on day-1. anyone else? or anyone interested for accountability partner with me?

    You'll have conquered this by the time most of us just started. So I'm 22 going on 23 and will probably be porn-free in a year or so. At 18 you're most likely just starting college and will probably find a girlfriend and be able to love her like all that smut you've been watching. Except it will be real and the connections will be genuine.

    And for the record my parents divorced when I was 4 and I've lived exclusively with my dad for the past 19 years. So I sort of understand what you're going through with the single parent.
