Need Help With The Symptoms (Frequent Urination)

Hi,

I am new to this forum. Just starting out. I am very desperate to find some information or rather reassurance in terms of what I am dealing with.

I have this issue of frequent urination for a while. About a year now. It is on and off. Some days I can go on for hours without urinating and at other days I have to urinate every 15 mins. Average is about every hour. I have been to many doctors, have done many tests, done a lot of things. Changed my diet, monitored water intake, nothing has seemed to help.

My only guess now is that it has been caused by masturbation. In fact, the other day I went to a new doctor, he said indeed your issue has been caused by masturbation. He basically said your prostate has become tired, it is swelling up when you are getting excited and not "deflating" in time. He said this is not permanent and that nothing is wrong with your prostate, the issue is your fapping habit.

So I went on Nofap journey, this is my 13th day. The first few days I felt remarkable improvement. I thought I had found the miracle cure that I had been looking for. Now since yesterday, the frequency has returned. I am needing to void every hour maximum two hours. There is also great urgency. However, this time I have noticed the feeling of frequent urination is different than how it used to be before I started NoFap.

My guess is that, my current frequent urination symptoms are linked to some sort of withdrawal. I have read elsewhere that just about this span of time into the journey, some people started experiencing frequent urination as well which went away. I don't know, I am just desperate to find someone who can help me out with this miserable condition. I am generally a very outgoing person, my life has turned upside down since last year. I am not giving up on nofap. But I just want to know if this is normal part of nofap.

Has anybody had and solved their urination issues with nofap? Would this go away?
