    Guys. My dick hurts. Seriously. Shooting pains at the base. What the fuck? I'm pretty far along in hard mode. This has not happened before during the course of this. The last time I remember similar feelings I think was maybe puberty but maybe never before exactly like this. I don't know. Any similar experiences or ideas what this could be?

    If it's very painful or it doesn't go away you should see a doctor. I have a feeling this doesn't have something to do with nofap, but maybe someone else with experience can chime in on that. You could try google, and read some of the possible causes on there, although those are usually not very comforting.
