Day 4: Hanging on, but struggling

Hello All,

I just thought I would share with you that it is four days since I last intentionally watched porn which is the longest period ever for me, but I am starting to struggle!

I am feeling very emotional and cry for no reason and I feel that a fog has filled my head. It's almost like having a head cold, thick feeling in my head, but with out the other symptoms. The other thing I'm finding is difficulty in concentrating, particularly reading. When I am trying to read to myself I find that I am missing words out or changing them. And no I'm not dyslexic, this has just started the past couple of days.

My brain has been trying to tell me that I don't have a porn addiction and I've been thinking why don't I start this in the New Year as it will be difficult to do this over Christmas. I realise this is my addiction trying to drag me back to my old ways, but I'm fighting it.

Thanks Haizam. I must admit I do enjoy the natural world and wildlife. So that's what I'm going to do, I'm going to spend more time outside enjoying nature. Thanks for your support!
