Hi guys, I know i created another thread which is another topic. I read few people talking about hardmode and them felt much better after less days than usual rebooting. I was wondering what is exactly the hardmode and what are the triggers against an efficient one. As example i Been shopping this afternoon and i couldnt avoid watching all that girls around and sometimes pictures them naked. Do a hardmode is to turn the head as soon as an attractive girls pass? That would be clearly a difficult challenge.. I,m a big confused how to act during my rebooting.. Thank you a lot
No P, M or O. No intentional viewing of P subs like facebook/twitter/instragram for girls or google images for celebrities. If you stumble upon P or P subs unintentionally, you agree to close the tab immediately. Also, you have to stay away from triggers in movies especially ones that are R rated and you can only use the educational part of youtube. Do all this for 90 days. You can look at girls and try to talk to them haha....

It up to you if you want to O with a real partner. Dreaming is alright, just your brain releasing the tension. Yea it falls under "Intentional viewing of P subs", you should try to curve that behavior as much as possible. It is also a huge trigger and someday will lead to watching full on P.
But O with a real partner if its only for pleasure only would not lenghten the rebooting process? I guess this is my biggest challenge beside avoiding watching porn. Searching pretty girl on google or on date apps is so easy that i might turn off my mobile or laptop..
