    Hey I m gld to tell you tht it has been a week since my last relaps nd I deel great. But I am in trouble lately. I am watching porn now and than like short sections but still I do watch it. Why I tell you this? Well since I want to tell you that thia is going to stop from now on and I want to say it so I want take my word back.

    Tell yourself no and strengthen your resolve. Watching porn while avoiding pmo is like playing with fire eventually you WILL get burned. Fill your time with better things watching porn for any length of time is a waste of time. If you spent that same time learning a few words of a new language youd be eventually know the language.. With all the time ive wasted i could know japanese and code c++ fluently by now. Cant fix the past but the future is yours to mold
