Keep yourself busy. Seems a common thread in not relapsing!

You know your final boss! Now collect all the items and gear you will need by the time your next encounter occurs

    What's up man
What you can do is try to write down some notes so you can beat that fucking devil.
BTW, 2 weeks streak is great bro.

It takes an effort and a bit of change of lifestyle. Take up some new hobbies cause you can bet you ll have a lot of free time now!!!

Books are great, guitar is cool, physical activities (i cannot imagine nofap without these), self-help books (try Slight Edge or anything by N. Hill - Outwitting the devil is something that everyone should read -it is also on youtube) try that and you ll get different viewpoint to the whole world and what is going on!!!

Dont forget. Everyone can do it, it hurts, it is not easy but you can do it. If I made 67 days, then anyone can do it - a year ago? I was a huge mess!!!

And today I have been getting my shits together as never before!

Just make note of what it was that led to your relapse at the 2 week mark. for me in the early days of my reboot facebook was a constant trigger so i had to avoid it (about 3 relapses due to FB), .Then i realized that a clothing magazine i was flicking through acted as a trigger as well due to models in the mag (another relapse), sexualised adverts on tv (2 relapses as far as i remember)

The point im trying to make is despite the fact i relapsed so many times, i learnt from every one of my relapses what my triggers were and how my brain worked with regards to my addiction, so every relapse, as disappointing as they were, was actually progress. Identify your triggers and learn from your relapses, this is a process mate, stay strong, keep focused and learn from your mistakes. Never fall victim to the same trigger twice. Good luck bro
