Hi guys, I have been on no PMO for 42 days and i haven't felt any of the benefits around the web... Don't have any sexual desire or interest in women, women don't notice me or aproch me or flirt with me, my libido is down, my penis is close to dead.... Its really frustrating. can i say i have been on flatline for 42 days? When will i see any differences? Maybe noFap doesn't work on me, i mean no results in 6 weeks??? Pisses me off, in all this time haven't thought about mastrubation at all What do you guys think? Did this happen to you? Is it normal?
Definitely. I have a very simular experience although I am in day 31 but actually I discovered test I have been in a flatline since last 3/4 years. It simply means we just need more time I suppose.
Mate I know it's frustrating cause I am there too but considering what we have done to our brains and considering brains are all different we shouldn't be that suprised. Me too hope that my libido will be back soon enough but what else can we do apart from being patient and wait?
Dude calm down, this is your brain making the necessary changes it needs to, nofap works for everybody. I was in flatline from day one, and only got out of it after 29 days. Ive read about guys who have had flatlines last months. I get it man, dead-dick is scary stuff. Just curious when did you first start watching porn? Did you escalate to extreme fetish porn? Deathgrip/prone position masturbating? Any prior experience with women? Sorry to poke and prod at your deepest darkest secrets, but these are very important questions you need to ask yourself. We're all here to help eachother afterall. The best thing you can do is to eat healthy, exercise, and try to be as social as possible.
started watching porn at age 13, im 16 now.... virigin and didnt get freaky with porn... before noFap i used to fap 3-4 times a week, thats not much compared to some people... but i will continue no PMO, this is sure a phase Cheers,
You can't undo in a few weeks what was built in several years. You probably need to read more success stories here, to know where you're going and keep faith. It's not magic, it's hard work and dedication. Keep going !
Your brain is fried from your previous PMO addiction. It's gonna take a while to reboot friend. But don't give up, otherwise you'll never heal.
