Which books to read?

    Not just for self improvement but for leisure. Staple books that everyone recommends or reads, I'm a newbie i'm going to start reading properly this year. I've read 3 books last year on self improvement.

    I'm going to replace TV with books! All suggestions are welcome.

    I'd like to recommend the Following Great Books:

    The Power Of habit (About how Businesses like walmart and starbucks work | About habits)
    The Will Power Instinct (book by Kelly. Its a Great books with some great psychological stuff, very interesting read)
    Beach House (James patterson, a Great entertaining novel)
    Be My Guest (Cornord Hilton, a great memoir of a hotelier. awesome book)
    The Power of Now (Tolle. Great book about staying in the present moment)

    The Six Pillars of Self-Esteem by Nathaniel Branden
    Learned Optimism by Martin E. P. Seligman

    All three are much better and more helpful than they sound.

    Mindfulness: an eight week plan for finding peace in a frantic world

    It's mostly about meditation, but I think we could all be a little more mindful and being mindful could help with ending pmo in our lives. It is definitely helping me with my general anxiety.

    I've started reading "The Six Pillars of Self-Esteem" and this morning I did the first sentence stub exercise. My cynical judging self wants to dismiss all of it as new age hippy mumbo jumbo, but I'm gonna stick with it.
    Thank you for the suggestion.
