Mindfulness: an eight week plan for finding peace in a frantic world It's mostly about meditation, but I think we could all be a little more mindful and being mindful could help with ending pmo in our lives. It is definitely helping me with my general anxiety.
I've started reading "The Six Pillars of Self-Esteem" and this morning I did the first sentence stub exercise. My cynical judging self wants to dismiss all of it as new age hippy mumbo jumbo, but I'm gonna stick with it. Thank you for the suggestion.
