Help, What am I allowed to do?!

    so I'm 14 days into by 90 day reboot and I am 17, I have a girlfriend. She understands my problem but is quiet sexual, I was just wondering, am I allowed to do stuff in person with her (Sex, HJ ETC.) and if so at a certain point or is it good to start rewiring now?

    it depends if you are doing hard mode i would not but if you are only trying to quite porn then i would believe that its ok too do will your girlfriend. Im in the same boats as you right now my girlfriend wants to do it and see always convinces me to do it then i lose all the benefits i have :( so its honestly its up to you.

    I have PIED, do you believe this will slow my progress and by how much?
    Also if I was to do it how long do you think I should wait

    @Randomguy7, this is a very personal addiction and recovery time has so many variables that it is hard to say how long you should wait.
    I think it would be a good idea to give it a solid chunk of time with no sex at all. Maybe two weeks, but more like a month.
    If your problems are gone by then, then go right ahead.

    The biggest thing is that you should pay attention to your body and how well it is responding to the reboot. If more time is needed, you'll know.
