    Hey guys
I started NoFap in January and managed to get a streak of 17 days without porn... But since then I fell back into my old pattern. It is really frustrating because I knew I have to stop watching and ban all the stuff out of my live but instead I watch almost every day now.

How do you deal with a relapse ? Do you also struggle to get back on NoFap ?

    Hey,

I'm with you on that. Started off the year feeling really positive and got to 65 days!!

Now it's feeling really tough having not fapped for two weeks. I have this one thing in my mind I want to look at which won't go away, so hard.

I just installed the nofap app and a nf counter on my phone so I have help quickly to hand when I need it. Whenever I feel the urge now I just spend 5 - 10 mins browsing these forums and usually feel empowered again. Good luck!

woooow 65 days !! This would be so great to achieve :)
I'm planning to mark everyday without pmo on a calendar and I also have those counters. I hope they will help me...

My biggest issue is the extra time I have. It is great but I don't know what to do... I already work out a lot and now I started reading books but I still have a lot of free time.

Yes, I've learned the hard way that it's extremely difficult to get back after relapsing from a rather long streak. Sometimes it takes months (or years for some guys) to get back. I am now only finding my upward ascent again after a 55-day streak about 4 months ago. It's taken me that long to regroup and to stop rebounding. Hence, never give up a long streak lightly, and endure all you can in strugglesome times, too.

I once did two years (more) of no pmo , and when I relapsed , it took me more than a year to restart again (a few weeks ago ) .
the only thing that I beleive in is I CAN DO IT . so do you .
If you feel depressed after a relapse just accept it and tell yourself " this is the price to pay for that very small amount of pleasure , I did it , I am responsible for it , I'm suffereing as a concequence of my behavior , this is a lesson , feel the pain , feel the emptiness , feel the sorrow , and learn from it"
