Hey guys, I relapsed last night - PMO. I also fapped this morning, no P. So I'm pretty frustrated and vulnerable to another relapse. But the only way to go from here is forward. Pick up the pieces and move on.
You've got this! You goofed, but you know what happened and can learn from the setback. Keep doing what you were doing and you will surpass your countdown clock once more!
