Cold shower - Brain freeze ?

Discussion in 'Self Improvement' started by Deleted Account, Feb 12, 2016.

  1. I love cold showers.

Is it okay that I shower so cold that I shiver and my brain freezes when washing the hair or is that TOO cold ?

I'm pretty sure that part that has to get cold is the balls. NOT the scalp. Moderation is key. Sounds like you are going to extremes here.

I have to admit the cold water on my face is very helpful to you know.

I love cold showers but never had a feeling that my brain was freezing. I don't stay in it for too long though, probably five to ten minutes.

  5. I get brain freezes too when taking cold showers. I don't worry about them, they aren't dangerous and actually have nothing to do with the brain. I live in Finland and only get brain freezes during winter, because the tap water simply won't get that cold in the summer. It only takes about 10 seconds to get a brain freeze if I keep my head under the shower, how about you? ^^
