    Well, I am on day 11. When I am on an online dating website I find myself looking for sexy photos and then do some edging. I am going to quit the internet. I have no emails to check. No excuses. Anyone who really needs to find me can text or call me.

    You decide as good as man , the internet only our problem , a first of my started i failed because i use internet, every time same thing , i decided quite internet it will be very good to me , now i use internet in my mobil just some app

    I'm still online today for about another hour . I also feel very angry and frustrated today. I hope the next time I come onto NoFap is for a 30 day mark. I have never made it past 18 days .

    @jaydogslim Good analysis. This will certainly help you the most. Currently I have spent 70 days away from a computer in my house; it is working so well. I just go to the library. That's what you gotta do, go extreme!

    I also find myself clicking on some profiles etc on social media (no edging though) every once and a while, and it doesn't help. Not to mention what a distraction the internet is in the first place! *Time to adjust the filter*

    @Gladiatori , that is actually an amazing idea.
