I am 14 years old and I have been masturbating and watching porn since I was about 11 or 12. Honestly I forget how I started watching it, but I just did. Every since then my life has been in a downward spiral. When I first started it was not really an addiction, I would watch porn like once a month and masturbate like two times a week maybe. But once I hit middle school, that all changed. I started masturbating ever single day, and watching porn every single day. Sixth grade was also the time where I started getting very depressed. Coincidence? I think not. In seventh grade my mom found out about it, and she took my laptop away from me. At this point, it really hit me that I had a problem, a serious problem. I would try really hard to somehow watch porn, even if that meant at my friends or family's house. I then stopped and just masturbated to my fantasy's, I guess it was better than continuing to PMO I guess. This year I got my laptop back and well, it all started over again. But, it is much much worse, now I am masturbating 3+ times a day.

So, I have decided that this needs to stop. I am done with fapping and PMO, done. It has ruined my life. I mean, yesterday me and my boyfriend just broke up, because I have had this guilt of watching porn and it just kinda ruined out relationship. I am not sure if today should be day 1 for I PMOed this morning? Whatever, at this point in time I am done.
