About to hit 6 days, Really Starting to Struggle, Not sure what to do...

    I've been PM-free since last Tuesday. This is my first time trying a reboot. I'm starting to go nuts. I don't know what to do. I feel like I'm going to give in today or tomorrow. My other hobbies and things to do just don't sound enjoyable. I'm all jittery, grinding my teeth, bouncing my leg all over the place..... and depressed. I'm sure meditation will be suggested -- but I have no idea how. I've tried it a few times in the past for different reasons, but haven't had any luck.

    So far I'm experiencing nothing but negatives, and no positives yet. I imagine, to an extent, this is what people feel like when they're detoxing off actual drugs. I don't like it.

    Any thoughts on how I can get myself feeling a bit better until the upside of the reboot starts to show?

    Well the way it happened for me is I got to that uncomfortable point you describe and relapsed enough times to start getting comfortable with pushing myself one day further, and one day further, and one day further. It really IS a journey after all. Much like building muscle, or learning a new skill. Good luck!
