No erection after 216 days of hard mode.

    Hey guys,
    long story short.
    I didn't get hard after 216 days of no PMO. I was drunk and stoned but I was really horny in a strip club and was having erections. Than I was about to get laid and nothing happened, I wasn't horny, not even a little, my libido was totally frozen. When I was getting blowjob I was like 50% hard and cummed but I didn't enjoyed it, it was a plain sperm release, nothing else.
    Now my confidence is really low and I'm having a bad thoughts that I'm never gonna have sex.
    I have no problem with no PMO, I've got used to it and I can deal with porn craving with no problem but I feel empty, I don't want to live like this for ever.
    Is there something else what I can do to recover?

    I'd count going to a strip club as the same thing as looking at porn.

    Who were you about to have sex with, a stripper?

    Sometimes, drinking really affects my ability maintain an erection. I can drink two or three beers, and then hours later, still have a little trouble. Condoms further complicate the problem.

    Have you seen a doctor or a counselor?

    I don't know what works or don't, but a healthy diet and lifestyle goes a long way; take care of your body, it's what you live in.

    You're right.
    I haven't seen a doctor but I strongly thinking about it.

    I was on holiday, usually I work out and eat healthy.

    It was a stripper.
    As I said I was drunk and also stoned.
    Three months ago I've got super hard just by kissing a girl (not a hooker) and I was also drunk (but not stoned) so maybe it depends on circumstances, idk.

    You were probably just nervous. Did you ever consider that?

    Yeah, probably. Yesterday when was about to go sleep I was super stressed about this, I was barely able to fall asleep. To day I feel much better...
