Believe it or not, I have personally experienced this and have noticed this for a long time among my friends as well. Excess PMO causes acne on your face, your nose especially. I had done some research on it too. There are connections between increase of dopamine levels in your body and skin conditions. If you are worried about your looks more, then stop PMO. Please do the poll so we can all benefit from this theory.
I'm not sure about the relationship between the two, first time I thought about that , since you bring it up. But I can tell you that I MO'd the living hell out of myself during teenage years. Porn mags, lingerie mags, P-subs, fetish. I had a quite substantial acne problem. I even had purple "chunks" underneath the skin of my face. I ended up taking some expensive and strong meds. Accutane or something like that it was called. WOW I found another reason why PMO is bad! Thanks for bringing it up. I don't have acne anymore, i'm in my 40s. My pimpled face was porn induced, I had Porn Induced Pimple Face! (PIPF) Lol
I 100% agree with this. I have done a photo of before and after with this and there is a HUGE difference. I also use proactiv as well but i assure you that my face looks better and younger when i properly take care of myself and abstain from pmo.
I'm in my early 30s and I've been trying to get rid of acne for a little while now. I've been PM free for over a month and haven't seen significant improvement. I wash my face and apply a sunscreen/lotion combination twice a day and it's been very persistent. PM may have something to do with it, but I don't believe it's the sole contributor to acne or pimples. Although, I am in a committed marriage, so while I've been P and M free for over a month, I'm still having sex. I just happen to think there are other factors at play here.
You attract what you fear, this is one of the most powerful and real rules of the universe. Do well to remember that.

Respectfully, I want to respond to that statement. Yes we should deeply respect God. But, we should fear GOD because of our sins. If you respect GOD so deeply, you should fear of loosing the connection between both of you. GOD is the most merciful, but that doesn't mean he's going to forgive you just like that. We need to respect, then repent, and then fear his punishment so we don't commit the same mistake again.
I don´t know which religion you belong to, but I, of course, respect the God. I still don´t fear God, because he is family and I don´t fear family. I also believe in demons (partly) but don´t fear them because my way of living is living without fear. Still I respect your view and I think we all have our own road to salvation
I truly agree with this. In my religion, we believe in demons. But a demons influence gets stronger as you start fearing them. Humans are the best creatures to walk on the earth. Everything else fear us. Once we fear these demons, they smell it and they take advantage.
I am 100% sure I get acne on my face and on my scalp when I PMO continuously for one week, I had acne issues all along and I always knew or felt that when I PMO I get a breakout and I had to take heavy medicine called Accutane 20MG twice, even last week I took accutane for the acne to subside but I have now started NOFAP challenge hardmode and its been two days and I am struggling with sleep a lot. I have started using Calm app for meditation a really really good one.
I can see changes on my face ever since I've stopped. It's more lively and it's getting cleaner each day It is common to get acne during teenage years but it is up to an extent. I felt an extra load of dirt on my face after PMO.
I am 29 Years old, I am sure I dont qualify as teen but I get severe bouts of acne when I PMO may be for a week, the longest must have been like 10 days when I was on a trek last year but now I am working on not participating in PMO and being in hard mode, its been three days now. Calm app to meditate is definitely helping me to get to sleep.
I am not teen either, I'm 24. But I have an occasional annoying pimples on face and I have quite a lot of it on my back. Not as bad as when I was teenager but still too much for my liking, ha. I notice since I went on Hard Mode reboot my acne has got slightly better. I also have noticed that in past when I went for long periods without O it has gotten better too. I have no idea how much this is related tho but I can clearly see correlation. Maybe it's just a coincidence tho.

I have recently started using a witch hazel toner followed by straight vitamin E oil on my face and it has done a great job helping clean my pores and clear up acne. I was shocked that putting OIL on pimples actually worked, but I'd say it's worth a try!
i have had really bad facial skin for years, dairy products and sugar are my biggest culprits! prehaps pmo does it too who knows????
I used to use all kinds of chemicals on my face when I was younger... all kingzzz! But then as I learned more about how skin works (which I recommend for everybody, do your research, there is no need for all that pharmaceutical crap on your skin, it might do you more harm in a long run) I started to just clean my face with olive oil. That was one of the things that made my huge acne go away almost completely from face. It became worse at first for few weeks but I stuck to it cos I knew my skin was in phase of withdrawals from all that chemical dependency. Then it suddenly got way better. That was few years ago. Still doing it an my skin looks and feels way more healthier than it ever did on fancy Garnier products or something.
yes you are completely right doing as much research as you can is a good idea, for years i tried all kinds of creams and chemicals too and had terrible results, i put way too much faith in pharmaceutical "skin" treatments which pretty much burned my skin and left me with a red face and over looked simple things like drinking a bit more water and watching my diet etc, and yes i have heard that olive oil is quite good too!
