I've been reading a lot of the posts over the last few days and you all have given me the courage to start my own 30 day reboot! Any an all are free to join me.
That's my plan. I'm going to check in on this thread and say how I'm doing. I also want to hear from everyone else.
So 1st day down. It was easier for me because I traveled most of the day. I'm taking my first vacation in nearly 10 years. Hoping that a change in my daily routine might help. How's everyone else doing?

Me too, as well! Oh! and BTW this is the first time in my life I purpose myself to stop fapping during that long (My latest record was only 15 days...)
Awesome everyone. I believe we can do this, together. If you all can keep me accountable I will do the same for you. I'm starting day 3 feeling OK so far. But I'm also on vacation so my normal routines are disrupted. We'll see how it goes.
realizing now that i need to figure out what specifically i'm trying to avoid and set some more specific guidelines, i'm not trying to stop masturbating and ended up finding some stuff that was a bit farther than i intended... so i should probably call it back to day one one day down and a lesson learned starting again now good for you guys! keep up the good work

How are things going Silverfingernail? Keep at it and let us know what we can do to help! I'm still doing alright. Fortunately I haven't had too much time to myself. When I get back from vacation I know it will be a whole different story.
