How many times giving in before long streak?

    Just slipped into my fourth day. Before I went 11...I have made progress. But wanted thoughts on how many times experienced Fapstronauts went before they could go two weeks to a month?

    Literally a year before I finally got a month in ... so many 7-10 day streaks with a justified fap to end it usually due to lack of sleep/hangover/stress (never worth it)

    Had gf early on which helped kick porn but was still really difficult to kick fapping for a while and the relapses were never worth it - advice to any new people would be yo definitely go with hard mode it's way easier...

    Am not going to say because the past is behind me! But think of each recycle as a way for you to re-evaluate your situation and what you need to do to let go of PMO the next time around, and what you can change in your life/environment/situation to avoid it happening. Each time can bring you closer to the ultimate goal.
